Our next WELCOME TO MSTAR is on MONDAY, JUNE 10, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at our QUAKERTOWN CAMPUS.
Why attend "WELCOME TO MSTAR?"
We think it’s a great thing to believe in God. But we also know that God created us for community. Church is not meant to be something we only attend, but a family we are a part of. Welcome to MSTAR is all about helping you take this next step and finding your place in the family.
What to expect at a "WELCOME TO MSTAR" event?
When we meet
We offer our Welcome To Mstar event about once every other month. This event takes place on a Sunday afternoon or Monday night and lasts about two hours. Meal is provided.
What we talk about
Pastor John Decker & Ryan Defrain lead the event and explain our core values, as well as what our staff, and leadership team are responsible for. Additionally you will hear from volunteers, who like you, were once exploring how to get connected. They will share their stories and how God has changed their lives since connecting and serving.
Then what?
Welcome to MSTAR is all about helping you take your next step. During the event you will hear all about the Next Steps that are available to you, and we will give you an opportunity to fill out a next steps card. Afterwards we will follow up with you based on your responses and help you walk through those next steps.
Why Become A Member?
1: It helps you to grow as a genuine believer: It is a way to move your faith from thoughts and words to acts that give powerful evidence that you believe.
2: It provides a spiritual family to support and encourage you: Life is filled with challenges and trials. You don’t have to walk through those situations alone.
3: It gives you a place to discover and use your gifts in ministry: God has invested a treasure in you. It’s possible you don’t know what it is yet. Or, maybe you simply don’t know how to use your gifts to make a difference in our world. There are opportunities to figure it out here.
