Joining the Worship Team at Morning Star Fellowship is a calling to lead Spirit-filled worship with excellence and humility, reflecting Christ both on and off the platform. If you’re passionate about using your gifts to glorify God, we invite you to audition and be part of this ministry.

Audition Instructions

We accept all auditions via video submission. If auditioning for multiple instruments or an instrument and vocals, submit separate videos for each. Along with musicianship, we seek stage presence that invites worship.

Before completing the audition sign-up form, please:

Step 1: Read the MStar Wor-Tech Team Agreement Summary. You’ll sign the agreement (linked above) if placed on the team.

Step 2: Record your audition video and upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

We’ll email those selected for live auditions, scheduled individually by invitation. If not selected, we’ll let you down gently—don’t let this discourage you from auditioning. Our goal is to see you serve God with your gifts!

Requirements

  • Begin your video by sharing if you've led before, how long, where, or if you're currently leading. It's perfectly fine if you're new to this.
  • Provide your video link in the form below. Videos should be uploaded to a video hosting site (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). Live worship videos are acceptable if you are clearly heard and seen.
  • Must have attended Morning Star Fellowship for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Must abide by the MStar Wor-Tech Agreement (linked above).
  • Must be able to play to a click track (metronome).
  • Must be comfortable playing with in-ear monitors.
  • Must be willing to serve at both campuses, or for MStar Student Worship if needed.
