Get to know MStar Kids

Mstar Kids is designed with your child in mind, with environments for all children age birth-5th grade. Each week, kids gather together to play games, worship, learn from Scripture and engage in small groups.

At Mstar Kids we use a curriculum-based study called Go! This study takes kids on a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture. Kids will discover how the gospel unfolds from Genesis through Revelation. Kids interact will the lesson and learn to live the Word of God and not just hear the Word of God. It is the gospel, not good behavior, that changes everything.  We offer environments for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary kids through 5th grade. All of our team members are fully vetted with full background checks and interviews.

Child Dedication
November 13

Babies and young children are dedicated to God as a promise to raise them as Christians.  This public declaration is not the same as water baptism but is a promise you make before God and your church family that your children will be raised to know and love Jesus and that you as parents will disciple them as they grow.  For more information on Child Dedication and to sign-up.  Please click HERE.

Family Discipleship

God calls on parents is to play the main role in making disciples of their children. How this is accomplished varies from family to family, and can be as unique as the DNA of each home. Family discipleship isn’t easy—but it’s worth it! Our desire is to come alongside parents and help them live out their call to make disciples of their children.

We believe that no one has more influence over your child than you! Each year, we spend about 40 hours with your kids in church, but you spend 3,000 hours with your kids at home. That time is precious! Did you know that 43% of Christ followers came to Christ before the age of 12. Or that 60% of Christians came to faith before the age of 18. However, unless those children are being discipled at home and have a strong foundation on which they built their faith, many will walk away once they turn 18.  We hope you’ll use the resources to engage your child in faith conversations at home. A bible journal is a great way to engage kids with their bible readings.  It allows to the reflect on what they read, apply it to their own lives, and consider any questions they may have.  It also serves as a fun way to look back at their growth as Christians. There are many different versions of bible journals for kids based on their abilities and levels.  For kids with a lot of artistic ability, a series of blank pages may serve them best.  Other kids may like a more structured format.  We have developed a bible journal template that allows both.

It's sometimes hard to describe what a bible is...and how we got it. This free e-book, written by Pastor Jonathan Cavalieri, is a great resource for kids and anyone else who wants to know about the mysterious and simple bible.
